At BEAM, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and we work hard to ensure fast and efficient delivery. While we strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we are always here to help.
Packing & Dispatch Schedule: We process, pack, and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 10 AM (AEST) on a business day will be dispatched that same day.
Orders placed after 10 AM or on weekends/public holidays will be packed and dispatched the next business day.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. However, during periods of high demand, dispatch times may be extended.
We offer two shipping options via Australia Post:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s network. Remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment’s progress. You can track your order via the Australia Post tracking system.
Once your order has been collected by Australia Post, shipping times are beyond our control.
BEAM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by Australia Post.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check your tracking number for the most recent update.
Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation email.
Check with neighbors or your local post office in case the package was left there.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact Australia Post directly for assistance.
