  • We currently ship Australia-wide. We are looking at expanding into New Zealand in the coming months.

  • We aim to pack and dispatch within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

    Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

    Express shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Because we’re a consumable product, we don’t accept returns. But if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll make it right—just reach out.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.

  • Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to make changes before it leaves our warehouse.
