At BEAM, we want you to love your experience. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we handle refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.


Refunds & Replacements – Case-by-Case Basis

We evaluate refund and replacement requests individually. Please reach out to our team if you believe there is an issue with your order.

You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit in the following situations:
Damaged or Faulty Stock – If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it.
Incorrect Item Received – If we sent the wrong item, we’ll correct the mistake.
Order Issues Beyond Your Control – If there was an issue caused by us, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To process your request quickly, please email us at hello@drinkbeam.com.au with the following:
Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product (must be taken at the time of delivery).
Order number & details so we can verify your purchase.
A short description of the issue so we can resolve it efficiently.

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 Business Days.


Store Credit or Replacement – Your Choice

If your refund request is approved, we offer:
A replacement product shipped at no cost
Store credit for future purchases

Refunds to original payment methods are generally not offered, except in rare cases at our discretion.


Shipping & Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • If a return is required for a replacement, we will provide further instructions.
